1. What's the advantage of the VSampler-soundbanks against the bare WAV samples of the CD?
The WAV-samples of the CD have been packed into VSampler-soundbanks as ready-to-play instruments. The advantage of the VSampler-banks against the bare WAV samples: the instruments are immediately playable at the keyboard, i.e. all samples have been mapped to their correct keyboard keys (key-zones) already. And if required you can convert those VSampler soundbanks into other formats by AWAVE Studio.

Attention: the VSampler-soundbank-files do NOT include any waveform-data! They base on the WAV-files of the Sampling-CD and therefore are not of any use if you don't own the CD.

2. Do the soundbanks work with the free demo-version of VSampler too?
Yes, you can load and play the soundbanks in the demo-version of VSampler too. You just can't save changes you made, this is the limitation of the unregistered demo-version of VSampler.

3. How do I use the VSampler-soundbanks together with the WAV-CD?
1. download (see "Downloads" at the left products menu) and extract the VSampler-banks
2. insert the sample-CD
3. load the bank, VSampler will ask for the location of the samples, browse to the corresponding directory at CD
4. ... VSampler continues to load the other samples of this bank automatically, you can now play them live and step through the sounds by mouseclick oder MIDI program change
5. owners of the full version of VSampler should now save the bank, so next time VSampler will load the samples from CD without asking
