Format: WAV + XI + SF2 + VSampler 3

The CD "no.1 instruments" (2nd edition) provides a wide-ranging base of instruments for realizing songs in the most different of styles. It contains more than 2600 individual samples in WAV and XI format. The 2nd edition now also combines the individual samples into multisampled ready-to-play instruments in the formats SF2 and VSampler 3. The SF2 soundbanks can be used with any well-known software-sampler on PC or Mac, or with the onboard-sampler of the popular SB Live! / Audigy soundcards on PC, or with Apples Garageband on Mac.

The CD contains multisampled velocity-sensitive hard and warm synth basses (Waldorf Pulse, Clavia Nordlead, up to 8 sampled velocity zones per key), a few C64-like chip sounds, a very extensive drum section, percussions, effect sounds (cars, buttons, household, metal boxes, sci-fi ...), instruments (accordions, bells, brass, guitars, organs, flutes, pianos, strings, synth voices, woodwinds), leads, short synth sounds for fast sequencer-lines, morphing pads and sweeps - short: all you need for the basic song structure. About the practice value of the CD: there are more than 50 demosongs available, provided to us by obviously enthusiastic users of the 1st edition of the CD. Beneath them are famous musicians of the tracker-scene, such as Drax (Vibrants), EHa (SmashDesigns) or Wayfinder (KFMF). Shortly after the release of the CD two videos placed 1st and 2nd at the "Wild Compo" of the Mekka/Symposium (biggest demo party of Germany), both with a soundtrack almost exclusively made from "no.1 instruments" (also available at the demosongs page).

With the CD you purchase the license for commercial use of those samples in your songs, free of copyright troubles or additional licence fees.
